Nitin holds a B. Tech degree in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation and Diploma in Applied Electronics.

He worked as Service Engineer of Dental Equipment in Jaypee General Agencies, Calicut from 2001 – 2006 and as Lecturer in KMCT Polytechnic, Calicut from 2006 – 2009. After this, he left India to work as Instrument Engineer in SABIC, Saudi Arabia from 2009 to 2011.
After his return to India, he started working as Sales Manager of Medical and Dental Radiology products in X-ray & Hospital Supplies, Calicut from 2011 to 2018.

He again took up an assignment as Instrument Engineer in SABIC, Saudi Arabia from 2018 to 2020, post which, he joined back as Sales Manager at STADD Medical Corporation in 2020.
